Gateway Business Center includes two buildings. Both with load bearing tilt-up panels, 32’ clear height with a mix of ACM and metal clad siding exterior finishes used to emphasize the main entrance of each building. Metal wrap around canopies, two-story glass elements, and sun shades accentuate the corner design. Both buildings are LEED certified.
