Southwire Warehouse project was a renovation/​addition that includes almost 16,000 SF of new office space, as well as, 4,500 SF of renovated mezzanine area. The new 750 SF Entry Vestibule is now a focal point with vast amounts of glazing allowing for a more open airy entry and abundant natural light.
