They are both load-bearing pre-cast panel build-to-suit warehouse projects with a clear height of 32’ and 34’ respectively. The buildings include skylights, elevated packing mezzanines, sorter platforms, conveyors, 10’ — 24’ HVLS Fans throughout, Pallet Racking and Pick Modules just to name a few.
