United Pacific Industries in Core5 Logistics Center at McKinney, Building C features a gated truck courts, 4 drive in ramps, 48 truck docks, 50 trailer spaces and 240 auto parking spaces. The high end office spaces feature a 8,844 SF main office with a large Lobby/​Showroom to showcase vehicles and an approximately 9’ x 9’ door to get the vehicles in and out. This main office is also accompanied by a 2,388 SF warehouse office for warehouse employees.-
